Fresh Florida Shrimps are crispy fried and tossed in our signature 4 sweet chili-garlic cause that has made our M-80's famous!

A full pound of chicken wings tossed in your choice of our signature wing sauces. Served with celery sticks and either ranch, or blue cheese dressing.
♦ Brewhouse Melt
Boneless chicken fingers tossed in any one of our wing sauces, then topped with cheddar-jack cheese, smoked bacon and melted. Garnished with sour cream and salsa fresco.
Kung Pao Calamari
Calamari rings are dredged in our Szechuan peppercorn and peanut breading then crispy fried. Served with citrus-chili dipping sauce.

Potato boats filled with smoked pork, queso blanco, sour cream
and pico de gallo.

Tortilla chips tossed with Bloody Mary chili, queso blanco, sliced black olives, Pico de Gallo, jalapenos and sour cream! Add Fajita Chicken $2 bucks.
Big Eye Ahi Tuna
Hawaiian Big Eye tuna is seasoned with crystallized ginger and garlic then seared to medium rare! Garnished with our Asian slaw.

42nd Street Speakeasy 'Shrooms
Crispy fried jumbo mushrooms tossed in Alfredo sauce and smothered in mozzarella cheese. Garnished with marinara and fresh basil pesto.
Cadillac Fries
A pile of fries smothered in queso blanco. Garnishd with salsa fresco and smoked bacon.

Fireside’s taco salad with a twist. Two red shelled tortillas filled with salad greens and topped with taco meat, cheddar-jack cheese, black olives, jalapeños, pico de gallo, sour cream, green onions and your choice of dressing

The Fireside Flat Iron set on a bed of salad greens with candied pecans, bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, croutons and drizzled chunky bleu cheese dressing.
Fire Roasted Portabella
Slow roasted portabella mushrooms, pear tomatoes, chopped hard boiled egg, croutons and shaved red onions. Served with balsamic vinaigrette and warm crusted goat cheese.
Channel Marker
Sea legs, diced tomato, bay shrimp, cucumbers, carrots, yellow bell pepper, black olives and chopped egg all set atop salad greens. Finished with croutons and Thousand Island dressing.
The Caesars
Split romaine hearts are drizzled with Caesar dressing, pear tomatoes, shaved parmesan and croutons. Add your choice of Grilled Chicken, Blackened Shrimp or Grilled Steak for an additional fee.
Char-Grilled Turkey Cobb
Chopped romaine lettuce with sliced turkey tenderloin, bell peppers, red onion, jalapeño- Jack cheese and our sweet corn salsa. Served with chipotle-ranch dressing.

County Line Tenderloin
Pork Tenderloin crispy fried or grilled. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, red onions, pickle slices and Dijon-aise sauce.
Texas Jack
We pile a half pound of smoky pulled pork on grilled sourdough bread and drizzle it with citrus-chipotle Bar-B-Q sauce.
Kickin' Chicken
Chicken breast crispy fried or blackened. Topped with onion straws, jalapeno jack cheese and chipotle-mayonnaise.
Beachcomber
Choose from blackened or beer battered "Fresh Catch of the Month". Dressed with lettuce, tomato and onion. Served with fries and either remoulade, or tartar sauce.
The Reuben
Grilled corn beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese piled high on grilled marble rye. Served with fries. Add cole slaw on The Reuben for a small extra charge.

Cracked black pepper turkey is layered with sliced tomato, cherry smoked bacon and Swiss cheese.
Set atop grilled sourdough and drizzled with hollandaise. Served over a bed of fries.
